The Barrio - Tucson Restaurant - NOW CLOSED

The Barrio Restaurant in downtown Tucson is set up as an Intimate Bistro and is a very fun place to visit and plus that they have pretty darn good food!

Serving lunch & dinner the Barrio has a full bar and opens about 11AM on weekdays and Noon on weekends. They serve till at least 9PM with later hours of busy nights and late night service till midnight on Friday and Saturdays.

The Barrio serves upscale food with a good varied menu including Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Pork and even Venison which is Pats favorite. They have several pasta dishes (Brenda likes the Barrio Chicken Pasta best) and a good selection of salads. And, best of all they have a great desert menu.

We like to stop by the Barrio for dinner before the show when we go downtown for the Broadway shows that they bring into the Performing Arts Center. It is a pretty regular routing for us and we enjoy it. Lots of folks head over there after the show, but we like to eat early.

The Barrio in Tucson is definitely worth a try if you are looking for some quality dining in Downtown Tucson. Go give it a try, you'll be glad you did.
