Carmel Pointe is a smallish subdivision right next door to the El Conquistador Country Club in
Oro Valley just on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. The homes in Carmel Pointe were all built by the same builder in the late 1990's and early 2000's.
Most homes in Carmel Pointe are smaller with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Many retired folks like Carmel Pointe because it's gated and is close to everything. A Carmel Pointe Home would probably run in the range of $250,000 To $300,000. These homes make great little second homes or snowbird vacation homes.
Carmel Pointe is right in the middle of Oro Valley, close to everything, including all major Oro Valley shopping and dining venues. The new Oro Valley Hospital is just a few minutes away.
Carmel Pointe homes are served by the Amphitheater School District including the Wilson K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High Schools.
Driving Directions: From Lambert and La Canada Dr, go North on La Canada to Carmel Pointe. Turn Left on Carmel Point and pass through gate into subdivision.
