Chaparral Heights is a small subdivision of custom homes in Oro Valley in Northwest Tucson. All homes in Chaparral Heights are Southwestern or Santa Fe in style and many have excellent Catalina Mountain, Tucson Mountain or City Lights views.
Chaparral Heights is located on the western boundary of Oro Valley in a little more rural setting. The lots are larger in this subdivision with most lots being around an acre is size. This is a smallish subdivision that sits on a gently sloping hillside with only a couple of streets which wind down the hill. A home in Chaparral Heights will be mid range priced with homes running from around $600,000 on up to almost a million or so. A Chaparral Heights home would be very close to the area schools and also close to shopping and dining in Oro Valley. Peaceful and quiet out here, you'll hear the coyote's howling at night and on a very quiet night you might hear a train whistle from down in the valley.
