Continental Ranch Subdivisions are typically regular tract style subdivisions by large national builders such as Pulte, Richmond American and Meritage. There are a couple of larger lot subdivisions in Continental Ranch with winding streets and mature vegetation.

Continental Ranch Subdivisions are all pretty large, often with several hundred homes in them and they are still building new homes in Continental Ranch.

There is a Retirement Community in Continental Ranch called Continental Ranch Sunflower. There is quite a bit of new retail development occurring on the west side of the freeway which is a real boon to this area.

Driving Directions: From downtown Tucson, drive North on Interstate 10. Exit at Cortaro Farms Road and Go West. Turn Right on Silverbell and you will enter Continental Ranch. Map
