Continental Reserve is a newer subdivision located in Continental Ranch on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson.
Continental Reserve is just minutes north of a major new retail area located at the Cortaro Farms exit. This area is about 20 minutes west of Oro Valley and about 20 - 30 minutes from downtown Tucson via the freeway.
Continental Reserve is growing rapidly and several large builders are building new homes in Continental Reserve. There are lots of choices and the prices for new Continental Reserve homes is usually a little bit lower than similar developments closer to Oro Valley or Tucson.
The homes in Continental Reserve are all contemporary or southwestern in style and many have excellent Tucson Mountain Views, The Continental Reserve homes are all new or almost new. A home in Continental Reserve would probably run between $250,000 and $500,000.
Continental Reserve homes are served by the Marana School District including the Coyote Trail Elementary, Marana Middle and Marana High Schools.
Driving Directions: From Downtown Tucson go North on the I-10 Freeway. Exit at Cortaro Farms Road and go West. Turn North on Silverbell. You will be passing through Continental Ranch and you next turn will be a left on Continental Reserve Loop which will take you into Continental Reserve. Map
