El Charro is a must visit if you are looking for authentic Mexican Food in Tucson. As one of the top Tucson Mexican Restaurants, El Charro has a collection of awards and distinctions that would be the envy of any restaurant in the world. Nothing fancy here, this is just true down to earth Tucson Mexican food! It's original and it's good. Be warned however, the chairs here are wood and they are really hard!
