Ironwood Ranch is a smaller semi custom subdivision of 65 lots in Oro Valley just on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. A Portion of Ironwood Ranch is gated and part of it is not.
Homes in Ironwood Ranch are very close to the area schools. Both Wilson K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High School are within just a couple of minutes. Many folks like Ironwood Ranch homes because of this close proximity to the schools. This small subdivision is conveniently located close to all Northwest Tucson and Oro Valley shopping and dining venues also which makes it nice. Many homes in Ironwood Ranch have great views of the nearby Catalina Mountains and the Tortolita Mountains. Ironwood Ranch homes are mostly Southwestern or Santa Fe in style with a few contemporary style homes in the area. A home in Ironwood Ranch will cost between $350,000 or so and go up to over $700,000 and all the Ironwood Ranch homes sit on nice oversized lots. Ironwood Ranch homes are served by the Amphitheater School District including the Wilson K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High Schools. Driving Directions: From Tangerine & La Cholla go South on La Cholla.
