Marana is a rapidly growing community located just on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. The Town of Marana straddles the I-10 Freeway and there is a wide range of Marana homes to choose from. Approximately 30,000 residents now call Marana home.
Sleepy little Marana has grown into an exciting vibrant active community with a lot to offer. There are several Master Planned Communities in Marana including Dove Mountain, Continental Ranch and a new one called Gladden Farms. There are Luxury Homes in Marana in subdivisions like Canyon Pass, Golf Homes in Marana on Courses like The Gallery and Retirement Communities like Heritage Highlands and Sunflower. Many of the homes for sale in Marana have excellent views of the Tucson Mountains or the Tortolitas. Also most homes in Marana have quick easy access to the I-10 Freeway which is great for heading down into Tucson or up the road to Phoenix.
