Monterra Hills is a great subdivision of newer Homes in Oro Valley, just north of Tucson.
Many homes in Monterra Hills have beautiful views of the Pusch Ridge and the Catalina Mountains to the east or the Tortolita Mountains directly to the north. This subdivision is only minutes from the new hospital in Oro Valley. Monterra Hills is just as the name implies, it is a hilly subdivision.
