The Santa Rita Golf Course a traditional style 18 hole Golf Course located in the Santa Rita Mountain Foothills just a short drive Southeast of Tucson.

It is situated at a elevation about 1000 feet or so higher than the valley floor so there are magnificent views from this course. The views encompass the Tucson valley below, the Catalina Mountains and of course, the Rincon Mountains where the course is located.

Because of the higher elevation Santa Rita experiences a slightly cooler temperature during the summer when we really appreciate it. Lots of tough par 3's on this course so bring your short irons. They are also pretty proud of the quality of their bent grass greens up there.

Originally built in 1962 this is one of the old timers here. They have renovated their driving range and the course is open to the public.

Driving Directions: From Houghton and I-10, Go South on Houghton past Sahuarita Road. The Santa Rita Golf Course will be on your Left. Map
