Skyranch is a new subdivision Northwest Tucson just a little west of Oro Valley. It is also just Southeast of Dove Mountain and is located in a rapidly developing area. Skyranch homes are conveniently located close to all the amenities of Oro Valley with easy access to the freeway and several area golf courses. A new neighborhood shopping center has just opened at the entrance to Dove Mountain which is in the close vicinity. The homes for sale in Skyranch are mostly of a southwestern style and many of the lots have excellent mountain views. Skyranch is a gated subdivision and all the homes Skyranch are all new or almost new. A home in Skyranch would probably run from the mid 300's up to $700,000 or so.
