Rams Hill is a small subdivision in La Reserve which is a Gated Luxury Subdivision in Oro Valley on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. Rams Hill is located on the side of the Catalina Mountains overlooking the town of Oro Valley down below.
Rams Hill is a smallish subdivision and most homes in Rams Hill have excellent or fantastic views of the Catalinas, the lights of Oro Valley or the Tortolita Mountains. Rams Hill homes are all Mediterranean in style and are all one story. A home in Rams Hill will cost between $400,000 & $600,000. All the Rams Hill homes are sited on good sized lots and this is a quiet subdivision. Rams Hill Does have a Community Pool and Spa which is very nice and is right near the entrance to the subdivision.
