Catalina Foothills Median Sales Price: $309,500, Unchanged from February of 2015.
Total Tucson Active Listings: 5,078, Down 13.30% from 5,857 in February of 2015.
Northwest Tucson Active Listings: 1,373, Down 25 units from last month.
Catalina Foothills Active Listings: 754, Up 77 units from last month.
Total Tucson New Listings: 2,208 Down from 2,387 New Listings in February of 2015.
Northwest Tucson New Listings: 562, Down 79 units from last month.
Catalina Foothills New Listings: 290 Down 40 units from last month.
