Tucson Metro Water District provides Water Service primarily in Northwest Tucson.

Tucson Water Service is a little confusing with several Water Utilities in Tucson. If you are in Northwest Tucson you may get your water from Tucson Water, Oro Valley Water or Metro Water District. Just be sure to ask your agent which provider will be servicing your home.

Metro Water District is like all the others, you almost never need to be there for the water service to be switched over. Just call in advance and they will switch you over. There's no real Water Shortage in Tucson but water conservation is always important and we all take measures to conserve water in Tucson.

You should call the Metro Water District a week before your closing date so they have time to switch over your account.
