As a Tucson Home Buyer you might wonder about having a Radon Inspection done on any home you are in the process of buying. While radon inspections are not very common here in Tucson, some buyers may wish to have one.
The Arizona Association of Realtors approved Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract allows for an inspection period, which is typically 10 days. During this period it is important to do your radon inspection if you wish one, in addition to any other inspections you are doing on your new Tucson home. That way we are all at the home anyway and don't have to make a second trip back for each inspection. This might not be possible but we would try.
