Verde Ranch is a subdivision of fairly new
homes in Oro Valley just north of Tucson. This subdivision is in a great location close to all the shopping and dining venues in Oro Valley
Verde Ranch was built by Meritage Homes, formerly Monterey Homes and the homes in this community are a mixture of one and two story homes.
Many homes in Verde Ranch have excellent views of the Catalina Mountains to the east or the Tortolita Mountains to the north. This subdivision is only a couple miles from the new hospital in Oro Valley.
