Quail Creek
Driving Directions: Take I-19 South from Tucson for about 20 miles. You will exit on Continental Road and turn left at the bottom of the ramp and go East for about 4 miles. Turn Right on Quail Crossing Boulevard and follow the signs.
Quail Creek has everything the active retiree might want including a championship golf course, a beautiful new multi-million dollar clubhouse, a huge swimming pool, fitness center and more. There are lots of other golf courses nearby and also shopping, dining and medical facilities. For outdoor enthusiasts Madera Canyon is close by with it's hiking trails, bird watching and it's beautiful pine trees.
For added shopping the tiny artists enclave of Tubac is just a few minutes south of Quail Creek on I-19. Tubac is a small town of just a couple of streets and is a great place for shopping for that special decorating piece for your new home in Quail Creek. Tubac is full of shops and galleries showcasing the local artistic talent. There are plenty of quaint little cafe's for a pleasant lunch break during all that shopping.
