Driving Directions: Go South on the I-10 Freeway from Tucson and Exit on Rita Ranch Road. Go North into Rita Ranch.
Rita Ranch is a large community with several subdivisions of moderately priced homes with easy access into downtown Tucson or South to the Communities of Vail, Benson, Sierra Vista and others.
The homes for sale in Rita Ranch are mostly of a contemporary style but there are some southwestern style homes mixed in too. Rita Ranch Homes are mostly newer with the average age of a Rita Ranch Home being less than 15 years old.
