Countryside Vista is a nice subdivision in Northwest Tucson which is located well for easy access to the freeway or to area shopping. Most of the homes in Countryside Vista were built in the 1980's and 1990's.
Countryside Vista is a larger subdivision of over 500 homes. There are two community pools in Countryside for the residents use. Many homes in Countryside Vista have good views of the Tucson Mountains to the West. Countryside Vista homes are almost all contemporary in style. This is a mature subdivision and there is good mature vegetation through the area. It is a great place for the kids to ride their bikes or to take walks around the neighborhood. A nice home in Countryside Vista will cost in the $200,000's. Countryside Vista homes are served by the Marana School District including the Degrazia Elementary, Tortolita Middle and Mountain View High Schools.
