Vail Arizona is a small growing community on the Southeast outskirts of Tucson. Vail has become very popular over the last couple of years and is developing rapidly. There is lots of new construction in Vail with a wide choice of subdivisions and home builders. They have a great golf course down in Vail called Del Lago.
Because Vail is located on the Southeast side of Tucson, it has easy access to some of the large South Side employers like Raytheon, AOL, The University of Arizona Science & Technology Center and others. Vail is also close to several small towns Southeast of Tucson. The homes for sale in Vail are a real mixture. There are lots of newer Contemporary style homes in Vail. Southwestern or Santa Fe are also popular Vail Home styles. Many of the homes in Vail have excellent mountain views of the nearby Rincon Mountains. Vail homes are served by the Vail School District including the Acacia Elementary, Old Vail Middle and Cienega High Schools. Driving Directions: Go East on I-10 from Tucson. After you leave Tucson, exit on Colossal Cave Road and go North a mile or two into the Vail area. Map | |
