Villages of Ventana is a very nice Affordable subdivision in District 16 in the Catalina Foothills above Tucson.
Villages of Ventana is a smallish non gated subdivision in the eastern foothills but still within the District 16 boundaries. Although the name is Ventana, this subdivision is not in the Ventana Resort complex. The Villages of Ventana lie slightly to the south and east of the Ventana Resort complex. Many homes in Villages of Ventana do have excellent views of the Catalina Mountains and almost all of the Villages of Ventana homes are Contemporary/Mediterranean in style. A home in Villages of Ventana will cost in the neighborhood of $450,000 to $600,000 and most of the Villages of Ventana homes were built in the late 1990's. Villages of Ventana homes are served by the Catalina Foothills School District including the Canyon View Elementary, Esperero Canyon Middle and Catalina Foothills High Schools. Driving Directions: From Sunrise & Kolb; Go East on Sunrise, Go South on Ventana Vista to enter the Villages of Ventana. Map | |
