Vistoso Heights is a very nice subdivision located in the Master Planned Community of Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley just Northwest Tucson. Homes in Vistoso Heights are contemporary or southwestern styles in this smallish subdivision which has a great neighborhood feel. Vistoso Heights is built on an elevated ridge top and many homes in Vistoso Heights have wonderful Views of the Catalina Mountains and Pusch Ridge just to the East. A Vistoso Heights Home would probably run in the $400,000 to $500,000 price range. Vistoso Heights is located right at the top of Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley, and is close to everything, including the new Oro Valley Hospital.
