Mi Tierra is a neighborhood gem that lots of folks haven't discovered yet. Tucked away in a forgotten part of town most people never even think about heading out here. Mi Tierra is located just a few minutes north of Oro Valley and is well worth the visit. Open 7 days a week from 11:00 AM till 8:30 or 9:00.

There's a ton of Mexican Restaurants in Tucson and we all sorta tend to go to the ones nearest where we live. Most are pretty good but we all tend to get a little tired of the same old place. Mi Tierra in Catalina is a real find and we love it, traditional Mexican Restaurant decorating, Excellent Mexican Food and a friendly little joint.

The food at Mi Tierra is of course Mexican and they do it well, Very well. There's a lot of big names in Mexican food in Tucson but this little un-assuming place is a treasure. Family run, been there forever and just plain Good! We had lunch there a couple days ago and the waitress told us she'd been there 16 years!

Bored with the same old place? Take a run up to Mi Terra just 10 minutes north of Oro Valley in Catalina for some great food at great prices. This is one of our very favorite Mexican Restaurants in Tucson and we go there a lot. Try it out, if you like Mexican, you'll love this place!
