The Bluffs is a mid sized subdivision in Northwest Tucson just on the western boundary of Oro Valley. The Bluffs is a mixed use type of subdivision with lots of families living there. Many homes in The Bluffs have excellent Mountain Views of the Catalina Mountains. This subdivision is well priced and you can get a really nice home at a moderate price. The Bluffs homes are almost all contemporary in style and are all built by Pulte. A home in the Bluffs will cost between $200,000 and $400,000 and there are always a few homes for sale in The Bluffs. These homes have quick easy access to all the Oro Valley and Northwest Tucson shopping and dining venues. All the homes in The Bluffs are served by the Amphitheater School District including the Mesa Verde Elementary, Cross Middle and Canyon Del Oro High Schools. | |
